Alex Condos is the Managing Member of Realtyvest Property Company, LLC. Immediately prior to the formation of Realtyvest, Alex was responsible for managing the Austin and San Antonio development operations of Phoenix based Alliance Residential Company where he completed development projects with financial partners such as AEW Capital, Arsenal Real Estate Funds, and Prudential Real Estate Investors.

Over two decades ago, Alex began his career as a mortgage banker in Chicago with Lomas & Nettleton (at the time the nation’s largest mortgage banker). A native Texan, Alex subsequently returned to his home state where he became involved in organizing investment partnerships and completing brokerage, financing, and land development assignments. His career has included multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and land transactions stretching from California to Florida and from the Midwest to Texas. Alex earned a BA from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the University of Chicago. His biography has been included in editions of “Who’s Who in America” and “Who’s Who in Industry and Finance.” Alex is licensed as a Real Estate Broker in Texas.
